Very very helpful! I knocked on their door to ask if I could change into my P.E.Kit for Sports Day, they said that they did not have a changing room but they did give me a bag of toffees

Treatment was excruciatingly painful and ineffective, staff are overbearing and arrogant, they made no apology for my mistreatment and tried to charge me over a thousand pounds for a course of treatment which I of course refused. Steer clear of this place.

Absolutely one of a kind care here. After 6 years of changing Chiropractors, I have finally found THE BEST kind of technique as well as people in the business!! I have been getting adjusted by Ben Wells who is very talented and most of all knowledgeble ! ANYONE with spine issues has to get checked out by SpiroHealth!

I've been going to see Natalie at Spirohealth for 18 months now. I had started to develop a bit of "hump" at the base of my neck and I'm very happy to report that this got better over the first few months. The process is fascinating. I've become more aware of my body and notice when something is off. With every adjustment, I can see or feel (and often both!) the difference in my stability and breath from the beginning of the appointment to when I leave. The regular photographs are a great record of the changes that are happening with my posture. I believe that improving my posture with Spirohealth
