I had booked this appointment for my mum as one of her birthday presents. I had specific asked for her to be booked with a woman as it would make my mum much more comfortable and had even chose a later date as their was no earlier appointments with a woman, but when I asked my mum later how was her massage appointment she told me it was with a man which made her very uncomfortable. I am extremely unhappy with this service ruined what would have been a nice birthday present

I'm ever so grateful for Dr Dela who recommended Romford and Ilford family clinic, and who is also my chiropractor that worked on my spine adjustments and now I feel like a new man again.
James done my x-ray and found a few areas of misalignment along my spine for which they recommend a series of adjustments. I have been with lower back pain for years and been to 2 different chiropractic clinics and 2 different physio therapist with no lasting results, after getting through half way of my adjustments and those thorough massage sessions with Emma I can now say I'm brand new again. Thanks to Dr

I would highly recommend Hysen (physio) at the clinic. Apart of my treatment plan, I see Hysen once a week for my shoulder, back, knee and ankle. I have found him very personable, knowledgable and noticed a difference in mobility and functioning.

I have head various treatments over the past year due to my tension headaches and tense back at various clinics but the service that you offer at your clinic is beyond outstanding! The sessions with Mr Hysen Tahiri are always bespoke, intuitive and leave me not only in better shape but they also leave me educated and I feel I am better equipped not to make the same mistakes ( better posture, appropriate seating)
