This was my first time using Dee Bee's, for an MOT and full service of my 2018 Polo and all in all, they have done a fantastic job. I originally booked in online for the MOT but informed them the front tyres would likely need replacing as well as a service, but I was told they would run the MOT first to identify any issues before I had to commit more money than was necessary. They called me up as soon as the MOT was complete and made some suggestions as to what needed to be done but put me under no pressure to commit to the recommendations.
