After some decidedly dodgy dental work at another Congleton dental surgery I had been put off visiting a dentist. A broken tooth forced me to look for a new surgery. First impressions were great, the receptionist I spoke to was helpful when I called to request an emergency appointment. I then received a call the next day to offer me an earlier appointment as they'd had a cancellation. Due to previous experiences I was apprehensive but Paul and Amy immediately put me at ease and explained what needed to be done. Ive used my fair share of dentists over the years ranging from excellent to downright butchers! I can honestly say Moody Terrace is head & shoulders above even the best of the rest. All staff are so friendly, they remember you & make you feel welcome. The dental work is really well explained, plenty of information is given & the can always answer my questions. Ive never felt like they were trying to recommend work that wasnt needed (something Ive fallen victim to in the past) and everything that has been done has been first class & painless - even the injections into the gum!!
