The Watermill Barn at Coltsford Mill in Surrey comfortably seats up to 150 guests for dining (tables and chairs are provided) and up to 200 guests for your evening reception.

The Watermill Barn at Coltsford Mill in Surrey comfortably seats up to 150 guests for dining (tables and chairs are provided) and up to 200 guests for your evening reception. The Barn is also licensed for civil wedding or partnership ceremonies for up to 150 guests. The beautiful oak-framed building has large windows overlooking The Gardens allowing natural light to flood in.
The Mill Room

The Mill Room is licensed for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies for up to 95 guests. The Mill Room is opposite Mill Cottage where the bride and bridesmaids may get ready beforehand. The Mill Room has a separate doorway for the bride allowing you to make an entrance from behind your seated guests in traditional style.
The Gardens

Coltsford Mill estate extends to 12 acres and the grounds and gardens feature two lakes, the Willow Pool and the Mill Pool, both fed by the River Eden. This peaceful, waterside landscape is wonderful for romantic wedding photographs. Outside the Watermill Barn, the terrace overlooks a fountain and cascading pools that create a relaxing atmosphere for your drinks reception.

The pretty Mill Cottage is available as your home-from-home on the day and night of your wedding. It has its own spacious kitchen, lounge and bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Under the eaves there is a large dressing room with a shower where the bride and bridesmaids may get ready before the wedding ceremony, change or freshen up during the day.
