Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy at Hands On Wellbeing addresses musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction through hands-on techniques. Our practitioners assess posture, joint mobility, and tissue health to restore balance and alleviate conditions like sciatica, arthritis, and sports injuries. Treatment combines spinal manipulation, soft tissue work, and exercise prescriptions tailored to individual needs. This holistic approach promotes long-term recovery by targeting root causes rather than symptoms alone.
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services focus on restoring movement and function post-injury or surgery. Customised programmes integrate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education. Specialists address sports injuries, postural issues, and chronic conditions using evidence-based methods. The goal is to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent recurrence through targeted interventions and lifestyle-adapted strategies.
Sports Massage
Sports massage at Hands On Wellbeing targets muscle tension and injury prevention for athletes and active individuals. Techniques include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and stretching to improve flexibility and recovery. Sessions are tailored to address specific sports-related stresses, enhance circulation, and maintain optimal physical condition for improved performance and reduced downtime.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture treatments utilise fine needles to stimulate energy flow and promote natural healing. This modality effectively manages chronic pain, stress, and musculoskeletal imbalances. Our practitioners combine traditional techniques with modern pain science to address conditions like headaches, joint pain, and repetitive strain injuries, fostering relaxation and systemic well-being.
Pilates
Pilates classes focus on core strength, posture, and joint mobility through controlled movements. Instructed sessions improve muscle tone, balance, and body awareness while reducing stress. Suitable for all fitness levels, Pilates supports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and enhanced physical performance through mindful, low-impact exercise routines.

Great massages, osteopath and physio services. Another great massage today, from new team member, Patsy. Everyone is great here though, I feel comfortable booking with any of them. Whether for a relaxing massage, or seeing one of the physios/osteopaths for a more specific issue.

Have used several of the therapists here and have never been disappointed. They always give you the full amount of time in the appointment unlike other places I've been to and are honest and aren't overly pushy about making you book more appointments than you need. The online booking system is super easy to use and there are appointments throughout the week making it easy to book. Finally the premises are always spotlessly clean and the therapists always wipe everything down between appointments. If you have an injury or any aches and pains I highly recommend Hands On.

Vicki was brilliant today, I ran London Marathon at the weekend and she worked through all of the tight muscles until they were much more relaxed. Highly recommend her services.

After months didn't know what to expect with what's going on in the world. Paulina was fantastic at helping sort me out after starting to stiffen up. Definitely an asset to hands on

I'd had some shoulder and neck pain from using a computer and driving. Patrick knew what the problem was and prescribed some very easy exercises. Interestingly they were about movement rather than building muscle and took no more than 5 minutes a day. After about 6 weeks I feel as good as new. Highly recommended!
