Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy service addresses musculoskeletal conditions through detailed assessments and hands-on treatment. We specialise in resolving back pain, sports injuries, and chronic conditions using clinical reasoning and tailored rehabilitation. Patients benefit from immediate pain relief techniques and long-term strengthening programmes.
Sports Massage
Targeted sports massage therapy improves mobility and accelerates recovery for athletes. Our practitioners address muscle tension, enhance performance, and prevent injuries through deep-tissue techniques tailored to specific sports requirements and training cycles.
Pain Management
Comprehensive pain management combines manual therapy, acupuncture, and exercise programmes to address chronic conditions. We focus on restoring function while reducing reliance on medication through evidence-based interventions and patient education about pain physiology.
Hydrotherapy
Physio-led hydrotherapy sessions utilise warm-water resistance for safe rehabilitation. This service benefits post-surgical patients, arthritis sufferers, and athletes through low-impact strengthening while improving joint mobility and muscle activation.
Pilates
Clinical Pilates classes improve core stability, posture, and flexibility under physiotherapist supervision. Sessions integrate rehabilitation principles with functional movement patterns to enhance recovery from injuries and prevent recurrence.

I was so impressed with the support given to us today. My son had suffered a rugby injury at the weekend, after a thorough check over by Scott we were provided a clear and reassuring explanation, supportive tape, homework and a plan for a return visit. All delivered in a professional but friendly and open manner. 5 star! Thank you Back into Action.
