Birkbeck's saved my Christmas Dinner!! My oven broke days before Christmas and Steve was fantastic. He had a new oven fitted for me less than 24 hours after I called him. Fantastic service, friendly staff and amazing work.

I recently ordered a new washing machine. The ordering process was really easy, the delivery was during the time specified and the after care was fabulous. I had issues with my installation and even though it wasn't their fault, they came out the next day to help me fix it!! Brilliant service that I would highly recommend to anyone!
