Counselling
Our confidential counselling service provides one-to-one support for young people facing emotional challenges. Qualified therapists help clients develop coping strategies for anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues through structured sessions. This service has demonstrated measurable improvements in mental health outcomes, with 90% of participants reporting better coping abilities.
Mental Wellbeing Support
Early intervention programs address emerging mental health concerns through professional guidance and practical tools. Our practitioners help young people manage stress, improve sleep patterns, and develop resilience using evidence-based techniques. The service includes group sessions focused on mindfulness and self-care strategies.
Community Outreach
Mobile youth workers engage young people in public spaces across Newcastle, providing informal support and connecting them with appropriate services. This initiative reduces barriers to access by meeting young individuals where they feel most comfortable, regardless of weather conditions.
School Hubs
We operate in eight secondary schools, delivering tailored support programs that complement educational environments. Our school-based hubs offer safe spaces for students to discuss personal issues while maintaining academic focus, with specialist programs in partner institutions.
Youth Voice Programs
These initiatives empower young people to influence service design and community decision-making. Participants develop leadership skills while addressing social issues, ensuring our programs remain responsive to evolving youth needs through direct involvement in service development.
