Wasted 1 hour of my day, whilst viewing a property I was instructed to call the office to start the application, during the viewing I called to be told that it had already been taken, before my viewing started. Several others turned up after me. This seem unprofessional and irresponsible and I would not recommend. What benefit do they gain knowingly doing this.

We have been renting a property from Struan Baptie for over 3 years. We've only had to contact his team a few times and each time we have been met with excellent customer service! Any problems are quickly resolved with zero work from our end which is for us, the biggest benefit of renting. I've noticed in the 3 years that Struan has been easy to contact at any time of day any day of the week which as a tenant is super important! Great team, fabby house! Thanks guys!
