Chiropractic Consultations
Our comprehensive chiropractic consultations begin with detailed medical history assessments and physical examinations to identify musculoskeletal issues. We specialise in treating back pain, neck tension, headaches, and sports injuries through evidence-based spinal manipulations and joint mobilisations. Each session includes patient education about their condition and treatment plan, ensuring informed decision-making throughout their recovery journey.
Clinical Pilates
Tailored one-to-one clinical Pilates sessions focus on core stability, posture improvement, and injury prevention. Led by our principal chiropractor, these sessions integrate therapeutic exercises with traditional Pilates equipment to enhance mobility, strengthen muscles, and accelerate recovery from musculoskeletal conditions while preventing future injuries through improved body mechanics.
Shockwave Therapy
Radial shockwave therapy delivers targeted acoustic waves to stimulate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This non-invasive treatment effectively addresses plantar fasciitis, tendonopathies, and myofascial pain by promoting blood flow and breaking down scar tissue, offering lasting pain relief without requiring surgery or medication.
Spinal Manipulation
Our chiropractors employ precise spinal manipulation techniques using manual thrusts or activator tools to restore joint mobility and alleviate nerve irritation. This hands-on approach effectively treats subluxations, improves nervous system function, and reduces pain associated with spinal misalignments through controlled, high-velocity, low-amplitude adjustments.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage treatments target muscle tension and trigger points using deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. These sessions improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery from musculoskeletal injuries by addressing soft tissue restrictions that contribute to pain and limited mobility.

Visited Andrea on many occasions. Always walk out with pain relief! The sessions are never painful or rough, but are filled with explanations and talking through exactly what's happening. Very personable and professional. Recommend to anyone!
