Help I'm in pain what do I do
Report
Firstly don't panic! Even just a simple muscle spasm can be incredibly painful and quite worrying due to the level of pain. If you want to stretch the affected area we have downloadable PDFs of our more commonly recommended visit our Stretches Page. Acute strain sprain injuries that are majority joint related generally respond better to a cold compress.
