My name is Sabine Stone, and I'm a hypnotherapist based in Beverley; I also offer my expertise online for those who can't meet with me in person. To have a healthy level of confidence it is important to know that you are loved and that it matters what you do, that you are able to acknowledge your own skills and talents. When this is missing people often avoid doing new things because they worry about failing. When a person is confident they will do what they think is right even when others disapprove.
Habits

When we do the same thing over and over again our mind simply makes the assumption that it is useful. One example for this is when first learning to ride a bike, once mastered it is just a habit and happens subconsciously. However, there are plenty of unhealthy habits such as smoking, nail-biting or overeating.
