In 2007 I became a landlord of Property STOP's when I bought my first rental. In 2013 I then bought a third of the company and have never looked back! When I meet new landlords I explain that I sat on their side of the fence before jumping over to mine. It is for this reason we tailor make all our landlord packages to accommodate whatever part of the process our clients do or don't want to get involved with.
