If I could give 0 stars I would. The only thing they seem to do well is respond to emails. I placed an order mid August, was told it was dispatched but never received anything. After emailing, I was told that the dispatch note was an error, the products weren't actually in stock and I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks and that they'll email me to keep me updated. 7/8 weeks went by, nothing, not even an email. Was told that it'd be another 8 weeks after getting in touch. 3 weeks go by so I ask if there's an update in case anything changed. I'm told that I'll now be waiting until the new year (this was in

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY DUE TO IT'S BAD PRODUCTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I Spent a lot of money with these guys and got poor products and even worse customer service. The first I-Lumos 3 gang dimmable switch they sent did not work, the next one was not compatible with the remote control but the third one finally worked
On the initial order there was 1 16 button remote with no battery, one 4 button remote with a flat battery and one 4 button remote with no battery. Signs of wear and tear leads me to the conclusion that they had already been returned and resold

POOR is the only word i can use to describe the products and the service. Please avoid at all cost. Switches did not work - i was told that they occasionally receive faulty batches - i had to return as my electrician refused to sign off on these. Spotlights flicker and not all the same color - despite going in to the store in person on 2 occasions to try to resolve this is still outstanding. Very amateur customer service. In store visits ( what they call their showroom which is more a warehouse) involved waiting around for up to 2 hours on 2 occasions while staff went to the warehouse to get replacement

We bought a neon strip light "I Lumos 15x25 m Dimmable LED" and the electric transformer literally exploded spraying, plastic box, sparks and a drop of molten metal across the room. The wall plug is now damaged and unusable.
Defective and dangerous products.

Buying some under-cabinet strip lighting, I called and spoke to someone in their store. He was very knowledgeable and took me through what I'd need very patiently. Once ordered the lights arrived via Royal Mail the next day. Very good customer experience for me.

Do not use, I ordered over 200 + on arrival incorrect color. When i sent them back i was then redelivered the same package i sent. I then refused the package and then finally got a replacement order, upon receiving this order i found it was different switches and gangs required from my original order. I then had a replacement which never arrived. I had to push my electrition back twice cost 50 pound for re-booking at late notice. I then finally got my order where one was broken and did not connect. I was told i could have 30 pound as compensation when i spent over 150.00 in cancel decorators
