We had a potential warranty issue with a couple of Victron Batteries we purchased less that two years previously. Kuranda processed the claim expeditiously and although warranty didn't cover the delivery costs the products were replaced and hopefully will provide the kind of service such batteries should deliver. Thank you to all at Kuranda for their help in resolving the issue..

I've been buying from Kuranda for over 12 years, first a Dickinson Antarctic diesel heater for my first boat, I was given great advice and I was more than happy with the service I received, the heater was simple and reliably faultless , keeping my 43ft boat warm and dry throughout winter. A few years later and into my second boat, I bought a Wallas 1300 paraffin warm air heater, it was over 20 years old and Kuranda were still able to supply the service parts to keep it running and give me useful tips on servicing the unit myself, they could have told me that only they could service it but they
