As a first-time buyer, all I heard from friends/ relatives is how slow solicitors are. Not the case with Emma at Houldsworths. From my initial contact right through until completion date, all communication was clear and prompt. I received replies to all emails and calls within 24 hours and was kept informed of progress on a weekly basis. The whole process was done over the phone, through emails and post, so location of office does not matter if you are not from the Clitheroe/ Whalley area (I am from Preston). Brilliant service and value for money. I highly recommend.
