It's widely known that a good solicitor is hard to come by, so stop searching now. Amanda was fantastic throughout my first home purchase, always quick to respond, didn't need chasing, kept me up to date throughout and was very clear from the beginning with costing and a detailed quote. Their consistency in rating speaks for itself, just a shame you can't guarantee your seller's solicitor is just as good!
