Thanks to Karen Cockburn for completing our property sale in a professional and helpful way. Only down side was the time it took overall but I'm pretty sure that's due to current pandemic challenges. Very happy with the way things took place without any actual face to face activity and when we delivered documents to the office everything was very covid secure. Long standing customer and will continue to be.

I am currently using BBE now to buy my first house. The process is taking far to long than necessary bad communication. Always having to chase them up . I've never had a phone call from them to update me it's always me ringing them . I will be literally homeless in a week . Whilst I wait for all this to be sorted . No enthusiasm no reassurance from nothing. If their fees were based on performance and speed . They would be in debt . Do not use this company go to someone that values thier clients and their circumstances.
