I made a last minute appointment for a piercing yesterday. Everyone we spoke to was wonderful. My partner and I felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door. Yaz was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely go back!

Took my 6Yr old daughter to have both her ears pierced. The staff was absolutely amazing so patient and explained everything also made my daughter feel very comfortable. All in 10/10 keep doing what you do!

Really friendly staff, very clean and smelt nice. Usually nail bars stink of varnish but this had more of a spa feel. Definitely going back!

A lovely massage BUT felt short changed as it lists it as 30 min appointment and although I was greeted on time another customer was then served with a voucher, I was taken to the treatment room and left to undress. I waited quite some time for the therapist to return and was out of the building all within 30 minutes. The actual massage lasted all of 15 - 20 minutes. This should be made clear on the description of the treatment.

Having always been really picky about who touched my eyebrows I took the plunge and had them tattooed with kim, and absolutely love them! They look exactly how I wanted, and it saves so much time and effort in putting makeup on them every morning! I have since had my lips done too and am really pleased with them as well, would defiantly recommend.
