A traditional trip to the vets can be traumatic for cats. Cats live in a world of overlapping scents, so being surrounded by unfamiliar smells and noises, intimidated by inquisitive dogs and handled unceremoniously by time-pressured vets can be very stressful indeed. We knew we could do better and that's why we founded SimplyCats, the only exclusively feline veterinary practice in the North East of England.
Meet the Team

Sarah started SimplyCats in 2009 with Paul, her life and business partner, as they felt cats needed their own exclusive clinic. Her passion for cats has lasted since she adopted her first stray as a newly qualified vet and she's loved working with them ever since! She has two ginger cats at home, in addition to horses, dogs, goldfish and children.
Repeat Prescriptions

After placing your order, we ask you to allow two working days before collecting your repeat prescription from the practice. For all medications, your cat needs to be assessed by one of our vets at least every 3 months, although sometimes more often if they are on a new medication or dose. Is a legal requirement for ourselves to ensure you and your cat are still 'under our care'.
