Absolutely rubbish.. don't use at any cost.your bin will not be emptied and they will still charge you..

Please read all of the reviews of this company, as the other reviews said I also fell for the trick of it's only a 12 month contract to now be tied in for 36 months!!!! My initially bill is 230 and I always end up paying 550 due to excess weight! This bill is crippling my business but they do not care!!!! STAY AWAY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Shady, underhanded business techniques of retaining clients. They hold customers to ransom by deliberately misinforming of cancellation timescales then relying on terms and conditions to keep customers. Service is sporadic at best, account managers change from day to day so nobody will take ownership of the issues when collections are missed etc. Currently we are trying to cancel the contract to the timescales we were advised on but are being threatened with legal action if we do not continue to pay further; if you value your time and effort, do not use this company for your business waste removal

The worst company I have EVER dealt with. After signing a 12 month contract I was auto entolled for a further 3 years, with a 1 month cancellation period 3 months before this time is up. The yearly price increases dramatically and is nowhere near initial cost. We are charge excesseive monthly amounts for "excess weight", which was not made clear upon signing the contract. Once you sign the contract they don't want to know you. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would try Gaskells waste removal instead. High unprofessional and unethical Company.

Unfortunately for us we signed up to ash waste just over 2 years ago for our business. This has been the absolute worst decision we have ever made, 2 reps come in and set us up, said we could ring anytime and it was really easy to cancel, this is a lie!! You have 1 month out of the year you have to send them a letter and if you dont if renews and theres nothing you can do. They always refer to legally binding contract which is ridiculous. We had so many issues, our bin sometimes (usually) gets collected on a Tuesday, they emailed saying they couldnt collect each day and finally collected

Been trying to cancel the contract only to be told it had auto renued for a further 3 years without being told . Said it was in the small print compleat rip off do not use as they or a set of cons
