Unreliable on collection days. Missed collection day repeatedly. Didn't inform me that they weren't coming. Always have an excuse when I phone up like vehicle broken down. I tried to cancel commercial waste contract but what they don't make clear when you sign up is that you are tied to a contract you can't get out of for two years at least unless you pay nearly 500 . READ THE SMALL PRINT

I've never had an issue with Gaskells - their customer service is always brilliant, the staff are so helpful and if there has ever been an issue they go above and beyond to get things sorted. On top of that, they're really environmentally friendly which is a big win for me. Would strongly recommend!

Horrendous Company if I could give a minus 10 star I would. put the prices up to double without any notice, charge me for 4 pick ups a month when I had 2 and doubled the price. Changed us 92 to pick up 2 bin bags apparently the bin bags where very heavy, considering we are a barbers I find that very hard to believe. Customer service is absolutely disgusting when trying to query the over charged amount. Basically make the rules up as they go along just to be awkward and charged me a further 250 to get out the contact. Avoid at all costs as they will find away to harass you for payment for a

Avoid at all costs.tried to cancel account even though contract has run out,told to look at T&C BECAUSE BASICALLY YOU ARE STUCK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANOTHER 12 MONTHS NEED TO GIVE 3-6 MONTHS NOTICE BEFORE CONTRACT EXPIRES.
