After the pain of losing my father to sudden death, Mark and all the staff at Robson&Stephens took care of me and my family from day one, i wanted to remember my dad`s service in the Navy and serving in the Falklands war, this was respected and honored by Mark and he went the extra mile to make this service about my father and the memories myself and my family have. An absolute honour to have met his team in this time i needed guidance and support. Thankyou for your patience and building a real friendship with my family. Liz x

Mark and Melissa were great to deal with. Very understanding, caring and supportive at a time of great sadness and confusion. Mum's funeral was perfect in every detail and just what we wanted. I Dont know what else to say except Mark made a very hard overwhelming time a whole lot easier whilst I tried to take care of my family & plan a funeral he took care of me. I cant reccomend him enough he is a diamond!!
