Absolutely shocking customer service, i contact them as the alarm system has their name on, and he practically said its not our alarm though... wow, some people actually do not want the work! Thanks so much for no help at all, hope you are super proud of yourself! Feel free to contact me, but i suspect you will not! Maybe a few more reviews like this will make you THINK
