We would highly recommend B - Therm and have always found them extremely reliable and knowledgeable. We first used B therm after having an issue with our boiler which two previous engineers were not able to resolve. Bruno sorted the repair straight away. We have used Brunos services for a couple of years now, his costs are reasonable and he is a nice, trustworthy engineer/ plumber.

Bruno has done several gas and plumbing jobs for us over the past few years, including relocating our boiler and installing new pipework for our extension. He's always very thorough, neat and tidy and does a great job. I'm thankful to have finally found a decent plumber I can trust and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Bruno carried out the annual service on my central heating boiler. He turned up at the appointed time and was polite and thoroughly professional. He ensured that he completed the manufacturer's warranty record to show the service had been done. He made time to answer questions I had about a new boiler installation on behalf of a relative and impressed me with his knowledge of the central heating market and the performance / reliability of various boiler brands.
Bruno is competively priced and I would not hesitate to use him again for any central heating / plumbing job.

I am very happier with B-Therm services and strongly recommend it! Bruno has installed a central heating system from scratch and replace the old pipes in the kitchen and bathroom during my flat renovation. Heating and water supply are perfect and able to reach high temperatures if needed. Bruno makes a big effort to be available, to find the best solutions that fits the costumer needs, to not overcharge costumers and to make sure that everything is working well. Finding a service of such high quality is extremely rare in UK, so I am very pleased!
