I called this company to make an enquiry regarding my faulty alarm system. Approximatley 15 minutes later the gentleman was at my front door. Amazingly the alarm was fixed in 15 minutes. All I can advise is that this excellent customer service, the gentleman is professional and very efficient. I would give 10 stars if allowed. Fair prices, so no complaints what so ever. I will definitely refer this company to family and friends.

We were in need of a replacement for our old alarm and had been given TPPS as a recommendation from 2 different sources. Cannot fault the service, easy to contact and quick to response with a quote. Booked a date for installation, turned up bang on schedule and did a great job with the installation (clean, tidy & quicker than I expected). From start to finish a very professional, efficient service which I would highly recommend to others.

Extremely professional, helpful and honest - we called on a Saturday and they answered our call straight away. Helped us out of our emergency (burglar alarm going off for 20 mins straight!) and didn't take advantage of our situation at all. Will certainly be using them in the future as we feel that they are 100% trustworthy - highly recommend!!!!

*****UPDATE: IVE HAD THIS CCTV AND ALARM FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW, AND WEDNESDAY 3RD JANUARY, IT CAUGHT 2 HOODLUMS ON A MOTORBIKE, PEERING THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW (CAR WAS NOT ON DRIVE, SO THEY MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS OUT). THE POLICE ARE NOW LOOKING INTO IT, AND THE POLICE OFFICER SAID "I WISH ALL CCTV VIDEO WAS THIS GOOD QUALITY". WE WERE ABLE TO SEE THE NUMBER PLATE ON THEIR BIKE AS THEY DROVE AWAY - IT WAS STOLEN IN WALSALL, 2 DAYS PREVIOUS. NOW MY NEIGHBORS AND I KNOW WE ARE BEING TARGETING BY A LOCAL GANG OF BURGLARS, THINGS WILL BE MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I AM NOW LOOKING THROUGH HISTORICAL
