EAZY LETT ARE MEMBERS OF THE CMP ( Client Money Protection ) AND PRS ( property redress scheme). At the point of applying for a property we require a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent. This is an advanced payment toward your first months rent.
This holding fee is non refundable if you decide to pull out of the application however we will refund the holding deposit if your application is declined ( providing all information provided by yourself was truthful ).You will also need to pay your first months rent in advance and a security deposit which will be a maximum of the equivalent of 5 weeks rent.
