As I follow these guys on Facebook I haven't needed to call them out yet. They posted a helpful 'How to' video about frozen pipes during the cold snap last week. The exact problem happened to me a day later and I managed to defrost it and fix it using their video. Thank you for posting it - saved me an emergency call out - and I'll definitely be in touch when I need them.
