We carry out our dentistry in a relaxed environment and ensure all the treatment options including risks and benefits have been discussed before embarking on any treatment. Annie qualified at Bristol University in 1989 and worked in local practices before joining Graham at his Whiteladies Road practice in 1994. In 2000 the practice relocated to its present address in Alma Road, Clifton, and Annie became a partner. During her time in general practice Annie has completed many postgraduate courses and achieved a Diploma of Post Graduate Dental Surgery in 2000.

There are various methods of using the implants to secure dentures, using clasps or bars to fix the denture to the implant.

Sedation

Here at Clifton Down Dental Practice, we have lots of experience in treating nervous patients and use various techniques to help reduce anxiety including intravenous sedation. Intravenous sedation involves administering a drug which makes you feel very relaxed and not fully aware of what is going on around you; however you will still be able to communicate with the dentist.

If you would like to make an appointment please call into the practice, or telephone 0117 9744867. When you arrange an initial appointment at the practice we will ask you to complete a medical questionnaire regarding your general health. A full examination of your teeth, gums and mouth will be carried out and usually x-rays will be taken.
