I attended this practice for years but after a bad experience in Bristol, and other dentists (even private ones) refusing to take me on, I went back. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful (a contrast to the ones I spoke to in Bristol!) and dentist and hygienist first rate. It was great to feel treated like a valued customer, which is not something I've felt for a few years in other dentists.

Had a hygienist appointment with Sim who was fantastic. It was my first appointment with a hygienist and she was so gentle and caring, and also gave great advice / information based on my unique case. Felt like being pampered

Had a painless, careful but slightly uncomfortable ( as you would expect) extraction from Jiten - his assistant and desk staff are excellent. If you can afford private charges, I can highly recommend this dental practice

Kicked out all NHS patients without any communication at all. Only found out when trying to book an appointment. I thought the service was only so so when it was subsidised, so I certainly won't be going back as a full price private patient.

Excellent visit. Chrissie was lovely just the right amount of chat...I felt really relaxed and actually enjoyed the experience.. not often you can say a visit to the dentist was enjoyable.. teeth look great too...
