Outward journey, fantastic.
Homeward bound. Stress !
Pre booked a week in advance, 6 passengers with a wheelchair. The car that had been prepaid for turned up totally unprepared and 30 minutes late, so after faffing around in the cold ( 0c) for another 20 minutes, folding seats down, up, down and up again, we ended up dismantling a wheelchair and dispersing bits amongst the passengers, 2 kids in the back with wheels on their laps, 75 year old with half the frame on her legs in the middle , mother in the front holding everyone's bags because the boot was full, me and my sister trying to hold

Taxi was 45 minutes late for a surprise birthday party and they sent us a seven seater for some reason for 3 people then charged us £9 plus for a £5.50 fare. Hence we had a lift back off someone else incase we got stranded. What was worse was that I booked it on the app 5 days in advance!

Ordered a taxi for my slightly worse for wear disabled mom after a family party. They were on time and the Driver was so very nice, kind and friendly I had full confidence that she would get home safely. In fact after talking to mom the following day she commented and complimented the driver for his politeness kindness and his patience. He did not leave until she got by her front door safley and the price was very competitive and for the quality of service she tipped him so was happy to pay more for high quality service. Thank you Brookfleet cars

Been using brookfleet taxis for years never had a problem till tonight. There was 8 of us booked ahead of time we wanted. Brookfleet even called to say it would be two taxis. No problem. First taxi in a Toyota previa said he could only get 3 in , but next taxi was on its way. The next taxi came no way he could get 5 in. I meatiin this in a nice manner. To be told call the office I'm off!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!! They do not turn up on time even if you book in advance and drive off if they can't find the address. I waited outside for half an hour only to be told they'd already been and I was not there. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!!

Disgusting service 1 HR wait for a taxi told it's 6-7 minutes away and then come to find out the operator lied and actually had no taxis to cover any booking finally got one and HR late
