Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling services deliver complex components using 3-5 axis machining centres with high-speed capabilities. We work with titanium, aluminium, and stainless steel to produce aerospace and industrial parts with tolerances down to 0.001mm. The process combines Renishaw probing systems with 18,000RPM spindles for accuracy in large envelope machining up to 3,000mm.
Gear-Cutting
Specialising in gear-cutting since 1962, we produce spur, helical, bevel gears and splines with internal/external diameters up to 450mm. Our capabilities include broaching, serration cutting, and worm wheel manufacturing using traditional and CNC methods for one-off or production quantities.
Aerospace Components
We manufacture critical aerospace components with titanium machining expertise developed over 10 years. Our AS9100-certified processes include vacuum chucking systems for lightweight satellite parts and complex geometries meeting stringent industry standards for major aerospace companies.
Inspection Services
Our temperature-controlled inspection department utilises two Mitutoyo CMMs, profile projectors, and digital gauges. We provide dimensional reports, first article inspections, and statistical process control to ensure zero-defect delivery across all production stages.
Mill/Turn Machining
Our 7-axis Mill/Turn centres produce complex parts with twin spindles and auto-part transfer. This reduces setup times while achieving high accuracy through 12,000RPM milling spindles and 10-inch chuck capacities for complete machining in single operations.
