Very quick response to enquiry about hair appointments. However, they have not made it clear on their website that they no longer provide hair appointments. The woman who responded to my voicemail (next day) explained they were going to focus on other beauty treatments. I explained to the woman that the online appointment system still looked like it allowed people to make hair appointments and she said she would look into it. Very pleasant and prompt.

I love being here, I love the girls, I love the salon, the brands and I love the atmosphere. The salon strives to achieve perfection and wont settle for average. Client satisfaction and customer service is something the salon and staff pride themselves on, if a client is ever unsatisfied they always remain professional and will try to rectify any problems. Xx

Been visiting this salon for nearly a year now. All the ladies are lovely and have always done a great job. Katie for hair is amazing I'll never use anyone else. I can highly recommend the facials they do too laura is really good for beauty. The salon has a lovely atmosphere too. Also the range of shampoos and hair products they sell too are excellent and have really made a difference to the condition of my hair. Keep up the good work ladies I'm happy I came to you. Worth every penny.
