I first visited John & Associates with the long term aims of lightening and thickening my hair. From organising the initial appointment and consultation and moving forward from there, I have been so happy and impressed with the service I have received. My stylist is Lucy and she is brilliant! She is always happy to talk through ideas or doubts and I have changed my mind before at the last minute but this was not an issue either. I always look forward to visiting the salon Thank-you and see you in the new year!
