I've used Zoom Cars for a number of years for station runs, to hospital /medical centres (these have been to Colchester, Braintree, Bury St Edmunds) and to take my wife and I to Tilbury or St Pancras to start our hoildays, when lugging luggage is a chore and a bore. When an ambulance wasn't available at about 1am in the morning to take me to A&E in Colchester - I had a suspected stroke - , Zoom provided a car - no problem. I've found that nothing is too much trouble for Zoom - they are punctual, and courteous, and drive spacious and comfortable cars. They are the 'Best of the Best'!
