East Midlands Physiotherapy Clinic (EMPC) was established in 1998 by founding co-partners Judith Pitt-Brooke and Frances Polak. Judith & Fran met whilst lecturing at Nottingham University as Lecturer in the Medical Faculty and Clinical Researcher in the Department of Orthopaedics respectively.
The last 20 years has seen us grow into one of the most respected clinics in the region, lending our expertise to all our local Professional Sports Clubs, working with Leicester Tigers Rugby Football Club, Leicester City Football Club, Nottingham Forest Football Club and Leicestershire County Cricket Club.

EMPC's physiotherapists are trained and experienced in the use of acupuncture and dry needling techniques to help alleviate muscle tension and pain. Our physiotherapists are all Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) registered, and have undergone post graduate training in order to practice.
