We cant speak highly enough of Adrian and his team at Bellemoor. They all went above and beyond for us on moving day when, after a late completion, we discovered the key we had been given for the front door didnt actually fit. Following an extremely stressful hour we finally managed to get into the house by which time it was dark, cold and late, but the guys pulled out all the stops to get our belongings unloaded (of which there were many!) and still found time to put beds together and arrange furniture exactly where we wanted it. We asked this company to store half of our worldly goods whilst we house-hunted and crammed everything else into a small rented property, eventually bringing everything from store to our new home when we were the right way up.
Adrian and the team were faultless. Their communication was always timely and professional. They arrived within minutes of their anticipated scheduled time - quite an achievement given the journey and the weather - and then the team worked efficiently and very carefully to unpack everything exactly as requested. We had about 17 different companies approached for our move all saying similar things of course but Adrian is clearly hands on and I felt it was really important to have that continuity with management / owners seeing the jobs first hand. We had a few issues with the chain so we paid a deposit and had to move the date last minute but we were lucky it was by only 1 day and Adrian had allowed part of that day anyway as we were downsizing. The team of 4 arrive promptly at 8am the day before the move to start the "Full pack" Then 5 arrived on completion day, again promptly at 8am. One of the worrying

Our move presented a few challenges including uncertain completion dates, tight access, downsizing the stuff from a large 5 bed house to 2 small adjacent houses. All in the Pouring rain. However Bellemoor were professional and cheerful throughout. Flexible to accommodate our circumstances. Very quick and professional. No mess. Nothing broken. No drama. I would highly recommend them.

Nigel and the Bellemoor team did a superb job with our move. From the estimate process onwards Nigel was professional and considerate. The team have all been doing this together for decades and it shows. They were proactive, polite and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough as their experience made the whole moving process painless...I wish the same could be said about buying the house!
