The current recruitment market is dominated largely by reactive agencies, typically relying on advertising responses as a major source of new candidates. Quite simply, this traditional reactive recruiting approach is inefficient in today's market place where there are too many applicants changing companies frequently and not really settling into a successful career.
We actively headhunt for our clients and provide a personalised service to both clients and candidates. Many clients become inundated with CV's from recruitment agencies, which in turn just pile up on their desks gathering dust. Here at Astral, we personally discuss our candidate with our clients and therefore put across information that may not be obvious from just a printed CV sitting in a pile on a desk.
