James did a great job from start to finish - responsive before the day, struck a great balance of being unobtrusive but present on the day, and then was quick to send us the photos afterwards. When we had a few follow-up requests, James was very accommodating. Overall, James did brilliantly and no hesitation in giving 5 stars!
