Purchased a used car from them online which I have never done before. I hadnt seen the car as I live 8 hours away but it was in excellent condition and as described. I dealt with Sean Huggett and it was a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. His communication was regular with clear and relevant information. He arranged for the car to be serviced which was an unexpected bonus and he picked me up from the airport in a lovely G wagon. The signing process was quick and easy and he had the car prepped and ready to go. A lovely experience.

If I could give this garage 0 stars I would !!! Absolute disgrace !!! Can't believe Mercedes let this garage represent them . Dropped car of on the first day for repairs , handed keys over , later that day called to get an update , and was told that couldn't find my car !!!! Absolute joke then car was in for a week cost me 2583 , picked the car up and noticed it was missing it's protective plastic covers . Then I could see fluid on the floor which was coming from the drive shaft so went to another mercedes garage and they confirmed that the seals have been damaged on the drive shaft . There was
