I was a patient at Crambray for over ten years- my dentist was Stephen McElroy, brilliant dentist. Unfortunately the reception staff were so rude and disrespectful I decided to move elsewhere. The dental care is good but some of the reception staff are vile- I based my move on the fact that I was paying too much money to be treated so poorly by the reception staff.

The front desk and people are very nice, the dentist is well trained, but the attitude of one of the dentist can be very bad depends on who his patient is. I don't want to say the name of the dentist due to the respect of privacy,

My sister, Nicola Harris, recently visited Andrew for highly complicated dentistry.
Having had a previously traumatic experience in a dentists chair , she was an extremely anxious patient.
Andrew Clark and his dental nurse Anna quickly put her at ease with their reassuring manner , patience and good sense of humour throughout 3 weeks of appointments. Fear of the dentist is now cured and she will entrust Andrew with all her future dentistry.
