Training practice

Oriel Villas Dental Surgery is proud to be a South West Dental Postgraduate Deanery approved Foundation Training practice. On an annual basis a fully qualified, newly graduated dentist joins our practice for a one year placement. Dr Anna McLellan has enjoyed mentoring trainees for the last 6 years and has recently been joined by Dr Jakub Wojcicki to share the role.

NHS care

We are proud to continue the tradition of providing NHS quality dental care in liaison with Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust. At the start of any course of treatment, we will provide you with a written treatment plan including details of treatment recommended and the associated fee. You will be required to sign a patient declaration form prior to accepting NHS dental treatment, which explains your eligibility to NHS dental care.
Private Care

During your examination appointment your dentist will thoroughly examine you to check for dental diseases and to offer advice about preventing dental problems. This includes screening for oral cancer, gum health, jaw health, and problems with your teeth. It may ne necessary for your dentist to take x-rays of your teeth to aid diagnosis.
