Do not use this taxi service. We waited for 1 and a half hours and it never came! Upon ringing we were consantly told it was just on its way or just up the road. They had the address but failed to be able to navigate to our location. They ended being very rude on the phone to us. Very disappointing and frustrating. Do not use

After contacting a couple of companies to take us to Heathrow and back, Bruce's Executive Travel was the only one that came across to us as professional.
Robbie and his lovely driver Micheal made the whole process stressfree. The service received was excellent from the very first email contact until we were dropped back at our door. This was definitely the way to travel - thoroughly recommended and will definitely use again.

Really nice experience , courteous driver , door to door service and very flexible , driver waited at our location whilst we had an appointment and picked us up as soon as we were ready.
