Funerals are a difficult and upsetting time and no one likes thinking or talking about them. But from the first moment you meet Mark he puts you at your ease. He guides you through the arrangements with professionalism, warmth and humour. Nothing is too much trouble, Mark answers any questions, gives advice and reassurance. Mark listens to you regarding what funeral arrangements are best for you. Mark made Mum's final journey both dignified and tranquil. Thank you Mark for everything you did. I would recommend Mark to to anyone.

From the initial call to the finishing touches I cannot recommend Mark enough. The care, love and understanding during this harrowing time cannot be expressed in words. The flowers which Mark provided were beautiful and made with such a huge amount of care. Such a professional service and never did we feel another customer. Mark was very kind & understanding from the moment we met him. Nothing was too much trouble & he made a point of getting to know us as a family so that Mum's funeral was specifically for her & for us & not just another service. The flower tributes made by Mark's family were just beautiful & done with so much care & attention. We were treated with love & sensitivity & I can't recommend Mark & his Company enough.
