Established in 2010 as an organic extension of our passion for coastal culture, Strong Island Clothing Co has evolved from a single hand-printed tee design into a beloved local brand. Our journey began with the creation of a now-iconic anchor logo for a Portsmouth-based cultural website, which unexpectedly sparked demand for physical products. Through grassroots growth, we launched our first retail space in 2014 on Highland Road, Southsea, eventually relocating to a more prominent position at No.87 Marmion Road. Now preparing to move to 77 Castle Road, our designs remain deeply inspired by Portsmouth's maritime heritage and natural surroundings.We specialise in premium, sustainably produced garments including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and tote bags, while also offering custom screen printing services for local businesses and events. Support local business . We buy lots of clothing from Tristan and he sells some items that make great gifts, great calenders too. Stock is changed regularly with new designs so you can always find something that is new and different

Love anything local Pompey being Pompey born and bred but now living in Glasgow. Ordered the 2021 calendar and a tee from here and the quality is superb. Tee-shirt was for gym but far too good for that use. Will be sure to get plenty more from these. PUP mush
