After speaking to them on Monday to book a service for my boiler on the Friday they went and rescheduled the work without giving me a call. It was only until I had taken time off work on Friday and waited all morning for the engineer to arrive that I found out that they had rescheduled my appointment till May!

After talking to a nice gentleman on the phone, I mistakenly misunderstood that the 96 fee taken up front was for diagnosing and fixing problem if parts were not carried on board. The problem on my common make Worcester 24Cdi could not be found so it was suggested that an air pressure switch, PCB board and mains harness be replaced at a cost of 315 for parts plus a further 96 labour.
Phoning around a PCB board is 100, mains harness 25 and air pressure switch 15, totalling 140 including next day delivery and VAT. It was really handy that none of the parts were carried by the fitter
