The engineer was very professional (courteous, on time and Covid conscious). He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what the issue was, left to get a part and fitted it - all within two hours! Very impressed an highly recommended

Megaflow boiler service and sink repair
Russell arrived earlier than the arranged time which was not a problem at all. He quickly fixed the leaking sink and then completed the service in a timely manner where he discovered an issue with the boiler. He clearly explained all the options in terms of replacement boilers. The old boiler is still hanging on and providing hot/warm water, so an urgent repair is not needed. However, I wish he had earlier availability to do the job. (currently around a 3-4 week wait) I would happily recommend him to others!
