Our boiler was on it's last legs and as Liam serviced it we requested a quote for the supply and installation of a new one. Based on our house size Liam recommended the Vaillant ecoTEC plus 835. Not only was Liam the cheapest quote we received but he installed it by the end of the week. He arrived promptly and always told us when he was turning the water, gas or electric off. I'm so glad we listened to Liam as the boiler he recommended has saved us close to 400 on our gas bill compared to the previous year.
Liam has also fixed a leaking pipe which he came out to on a weekend plus replaced two

Liam has been servicing my boiler for a number of years and is brilliant. Today we thought we had a leak. I emailed Liam, not expecting a reply before Monday. Couple of hours later he was at the door and checked out boiler, all well, how is THAT for service!

I couldn't praise Liam and his company more highly. My boiler was installed as arranged and the whole operation was smooth and professional. He is clearly very honest and was not at all pushy when submitting his initial quote. At all times I felt he was trying to do the best job for me. I highly recommend Burnham Plumbing and Heating for all your plumbing and heating needs. You won't go wrong.
