Made an appointment and gave full details of the boiler. They sent an engineer out, who had never seen this boiler, even though it was 6 years old. The engineer had only been qualified for 9 months and he didn't know what he was doing, so he had to call his colleagues. Another guy came to assist him thankfully. By now had lost confidence that we were getting a good service for the boiler. They were going to return to do extra work, but when we called to get an appointment, the company was a bit sharp on the phone.
